Yes, the Regional Solid Waste Management Plan identifies the 14 goals and objectives for the region, and these also serve as funding priorities. Applicants may also receive special consideration for projects that are multi-jurisdictional, and that have a private industry public entity support component, e.g., private industry will provide an in-kind contribution to the project at no cost to the local government.
